Size : 89X89cm / 35X35″

Carrom Game Components;

9 light colored puck

9 dark colored puck

1 red puck (Queen)

2 strikers

Carrom Powder (Vegetable Starch)

Game Preparation;

The game platform should be 60-70cm above the ground. If the game is to be played with two people, the opponents sit across each other. If it is to be played as a team fight with 4 people, teammates sit across each other and the game proceeds clockwise. Before starting the game, the red puck (queen) is in the middle and all the pucks are placed inside the big ring touching each other. In the game, each player has a wooden puck, called a striker, that allows them to strike. Coin is tossed to determine the starting order of the players. Puck color is determined by the puck that the player first put into the pocket. After the game starts, the table is not left, touched and fiddled. Before starting the game, pour a light layer of Carrom powder on the playground and let this powder spread. This powder will increase the slipperiness of the playground and pucks, making the game more enjoyable. You can repeat this process as needed during the game. You are now ready to start the game.

Warning;

you can maintain the play area by spraying silicone at certain duration (15-20 days) and wiping it with a clean and dry cloth after about 1 minute. This will maintain the slipperiness of your playground.

Game;

The player who starts the game places his striker in the desired area of the painted zone in front of him and tries to break the circle by making the first shot. If the first shot is not successful, that is, if he cannot push the pucks out of the circle, he tries the 2nd and then the 3rd shots. If the player fails to succeed in all 3 shots, the turn to shoot passes to the other player and the previous player receives a penalty. If the player taking the first shot breaks the circle and pockets one or more pucks, he continues to strike with his striker. After each hit, the striker is re-introduced into play from the painted zone. The puck color that the player needs to pocket is determined by the puck he pockets first. When the player fails, he removes his striker from the field of play and the turn of shooting passes to the other player. The round is not deemed complete until a player pockets the queen. The goal of the game is to send all the pucks and of course the queen to pockets before opponent players. If the pucks stack up during the game, the kicks will continue without intervention. If a puck lands over the striker or if the striker falls onto a puck, the striker is released with a gentle punch.

Fouls and Penalties;

If the player who is entitled to the first shot fails to break the circle in 3 shots, the right to shoot passes to the next player. The player cannot pocket the queen until they pocket one of their pucks. If they do, the player continues to play until it fails and the queen returns to the playing field as soon as the turn of shots passes to the other player, the center is placed in the middle of the circle. As the game continues, if a player has pocketed the queen and has not been able to pocket a puck of their own on the next hit, the turn passes to the next player and the queen returns to the central circle. If the player pockets the last puck in the game without pocketing the queen, that puck will return to the playground and the turn to shoot will pass to the next player. If the striker or puck leaves the field of play, the turn to shoot passes to the next player. If the opponent’s puck is pocketed, it returns to the playground, is placed in the desired area of the large circle by the next player, and the turn to shoot is passed to the next player. If the striker falls into the pocket, the turn to shoot passes to the next player. If the table is touched or left, the turn to shoot passes to the next player. In addition to the penalties specified in all fouls, a pocketed puck of the player who committed the foul returns to the playground and is positioned by the next player in the desired area into
